1. Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, and Online Content)

All sales of digital products are final.

Once a resin course, downloadable file, or any other digital content has been purchased and/or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges for physical items only in the following cases:

The product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

The wrong item was shipped to you.
Conditions for Returns:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Refunds for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect physical product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Gift cards or promotional items.

Any physical item not returned within the stated return period.
