Thank you for shopping with My Resin Lab. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a return or refund for items purchased through our website.


1. Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, and Online Content)

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Once a resin course, downloadable file, or any other digital content has been purchased and/or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges for physical items only in the following cases:

  • The product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.


3. Refunds for Physical Products

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect physical product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital courses, downloads, or online content.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Any physical item not returned within the stated return period.
